Plus, these lists are all my opinion, so whatever does make the cut is what I feel are the best or worst. In the aftermath of these lists, I got questions like “how come *insert name of song* didn’t make it to the Best/Worst list?” And my answer is simple: because I didn’t think it was good or bad enough to make it. Now before I continue onto the list itself, I want to address something. ![]() This journey through the most recent decade before the 2010s will be one nostalgic trip for me as I imagine it will be for most of you fellow 90s babies. ![]() We had the same teen pop, R&B, hip-hop, alt-rock, post grunge, etc. ![]() The 90s still had its grip on pop culture, especially in music where nothing has changed. And it’s appropriate that we start off in 2000 itself. That means it’s time to go BACK TO THE 2000s. Well, it’s a new decade, a new century, and a new millennium.
